I am a mum to a 7 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. I have been a part of the GPS community since 2019 and it has changed my life immeasurably.
I discovered GPS whilst I was going through a very challenging time with my son, who was 4 at the time. In a bid to improve our situation I had been trying a raft of different parenting approaches. All of which I abandoned when I saw little improvement.
I was in a pretty bad space and in serious need of help to be the mum I so desperately wanted to be. I joined the Inner Circle program and never looked back!
I learned so much on that journey that I was inspired to train as a coach. My aim is to help other parents and caregivers who are struggling with the challenges that parenting often brings. I've been there and I know there is light at the end of the tunnel!  
I'm by no means perfect, but GPS has equipped me with the tools necessary to succeed and to be the parent I want to be. I know you can too.
