This transformative, 6-month coaching program helps members to dive deep into applying GPS coaching principles and material.
In a small group with three other GPS grads, you will be guided by a GPS-Certified Parent Coach. You will meet twice a month at a mutually agreed time for one hour. She will faciliate you creating close connections in the group which will help you to take action towards your goals. As well, she will track your progress towards your top three goals and offer tips and coaching as needed.
On each group session, your coach will help you to identify actions that will move you forward. That may include her helping you to be accountable to do things like The Work of Byron Katie on your own or with a partner, use your pause buttons, keystone habits, etc. She may draw on additional resources, such as sharing past GPS interviews or Inner Circle coaching videos.
Other support includes:
- Two 1-1 sessions
- A private WhatsApp group just for your GSG to share wins, comments or request help.
- Touch base sessions if needed to ensure that you are making progress.
Your satisfaction with the Grad Small Group is guaranteed. Your coach will request ongoing feedback from you. The reciprocal request is for you to please share any ways that your coach can help you to feeling better about the coaching or the group.
