Discover the key to shifting from a stressful home to a thriving family in this FREE interactive session.

Are you a parent who has...
  • invested a ton into providing your child with the best start in life?
  • filled your time with so much learning that you deserve a masters in parenting education (podcasts, books, blogs, courses)?
  • put your children above everything, your career, your hobbies, your self-care, your relationships?
  • learned a lot about your child's specific diagnoses (on the spectrum, ADHD or otherwise)?

Yet despite all of this, are you still...
  • heartbroken that your child struggles with anxiety and confidence?
  • worried about how your children will turn out?
  • dealing with behavior issues including screen battles?
  • struggling with unmotivated children?
  • fearing how your child can deal with their additional challenges including special needs (diagnosed or not), a challenging co-parent or specific events that gave them a rough start?
I've been helping parents for over 25 years, and I've seen what makes the difference. The parents I've worked with who learn how to shift into a growth mindset are the ones who can help their family to thrive, even when new challenges hit.

Unfortunately most parents stay hooked on the cycle of consuming more information, with no support to apply it or to be companions and to inspire them to keep going down the golden path of mastering a growth mindset.

The saddest thing is that if we don't find the way to be calm and confident, our kids are extremely unlikely to get there either. Instead, we all end up worn down by the ongoing stress.

It doesn't have to be this way.

You don’t need more "tips and tricks." You need a fundamental shift in perspective.

I'm excited to offer you this transformative, interactive webinar where we move beyond behavior management (yours or your child's) and into true family connection.
In this interactive session, you will discover how to:

Hi, I'm Jo, a mother, stepmother (and dog mum) and parent coach living by the sea in South Devon, England.
I was inspired to become a GPS Parent Coach after finding the GPS coaching programs to be incredibly supportive for my family. While working as a Health and Safety Consultant I had a lightbulb moment: I wanted to work with families. I started volunteering in family support and then completely changed my career as I loved it so much. I am passionate about family wellbeing and truly grateful to now be supporting families every day!

I have completed training on many parenting topics and child development but most importantly I am a mum who has struggled and navigated my way through severe anxiety, crippling perfectionism, and low confidence in my parenting abilities. Through parent coaching and deep inner work, I have overcome these self-limitations, experiencing a deeper attachment with my children and an improved co-parenting relationship. Coaching helped me to develop my resilience, tap into my intuition and enjoy being a mum again!

Whilst information is powerful, I intentionally partner with parents to help them find their own answers to their challenges and support them in making the changes they want in their family relationships in a way that feels right for them.

I am experienced in using coaching tools with parents to help them manage their mental health, anxiety, mindset, and nervous system regulation. I am an experienced facilitator of ‘ The Work of Byron Katie’ which is a transformative thought enquiry practice. 'The Work' helps us to question our stressful thoughts and find meaning and opportunities for growth in every situation, including parenting. It invites us to reframe our experiences, no matter how difficult, as valuable lessons, catalysts for change, or stepping stones toward our personal evolution. I tailor coaching sessions to meet each family's needs and always put the parent- child relationship first.

From New York, I now live in England with my husband and two daughters. I am a graduate of the Worsley Institute of Classical Acupuncture in Florida, and Wellesley College in Massachusetts.

Okay, I admit it... I'm a SLOW Learner. After my second child was born in 2006, I began consulting parenting experts. While they had excellent information, it felt impossible to assimilate and apply their advice, due to my overwhelm and stress. I'd usually give up... until the next incident drove me to search for help again.
After an international move in 2017 I learned of the GPS Inner Circle program. It was an investment beyond anything I'd previously considered, and I almost didn't join, yet I knew I needed help. The wraparound framework and long-term structure finally gave me the consistent support I needed. It was the ONLY program I experienced that focused on reducing my own stress level FIRST, so that I COULD apply strategies I'd been lacking, and access my own inner knowing of what MY children needed in our particular situations.
I still appreciate those earlier parenting experts, but if I were to do it over again, I'd absolutely have started with GPS Inner Circle FIRST. The greater peace and connections I've made with myself, my family and others are valuable beyond measure.

They say an organization is "only as good as" its founder. Jacqueline Green founded GPS and I am consistently struck by her capacity to embrace change and welcome people where they're at, no matter their emotions. This has blown me away - being heard and welcomed, no matter how we show up, makes for GPS being an incredibly safe space. Jacqueline has attracted a beautiful team to work with her. I wish I knew what the female equivalent of the term "Mensch" would be, for I would use that to describe the incredible women who are part of the GPS team - they are Real, Thoughtful, Resilient, and always there to be part of YOUR SUPPORT TEAM.

In 2022 I graduated as a GPS Parent Coach. I wish to share what I have learned with you and provide a safe space for reflection, growth and change.
